We guarantee your satisfaction
You may for any reason cancel your order, at any time before the goods are despatched, or within 7 working days from receiving the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Items will be refunded in full, providing they are returned undamaged, with their original packaging and within the 7 day period.
Any postage/shipping costs incurred by you in returning the product to us, are non-refundable.
Complaints will be responded to quickly and certainly within 5 working days.
All notices of order cancellation, return of goods, or complaints, should be made, in the first instance via our contact form
Courses – Terms and Conditions
- Classes will run with a minimum of 5 people
- Students will be contacted 14 days prior to the start of the course to confirm:
- the course will run as planned
- dates, times and venues are unchanged;
- contact details of the trainers;
- travel details
- reminder of items to bring.
- Deposits made to secure places on courses are as follows:
- all 1-day courses £40.00
- Business Development Week £200.00
- Once paid, deposits are not normally refundable.
- The balance of payment is due 14-21 days prior to the event
- Refunds are made in full if the course is cancelled by DIY Framing
- Where a student cancels, the following applies:
- 14 days (or more) prior to the course - a new date can be arranged, otherwise students will receive refund less deposit. In exceptional circumstances, full refunds will be considered on an individual basis, by direct contact and discussion with DIY Framing.
- Less than 14 days prior to the course - refund of course fee less deposit. If new date required, full new booking (deposit & balance) will be needed.
Students are responsible for bringing items as requested to complete projects.
