Carriage Costs
Our carriage costs are calculated using a formula based on the weight of goods in the basket and delivery location of the customer. To find out what your delivery costs will be, simply go through the checkout process and enter your delivery address. The carriage costs will then be calculated for your basket.
The delivery location part of the carriage is worked out using the delivery postcode and country. Where an incorrect address is entered, the calculation uses a "rest of world" price which covers the cost of carriage to any destination worldwide.
In the UK, common errors in delivery addresses include swapping the letter 'O' with the number '0'. For example, LE10 OTW should be LE10 0TW.
