FREE Seminars - Working With Muliple apertures

Multi Aperture MountsMulti - Aperture framing can provide some real design challenges, not to mention a bit of extra know-how.  Ahead of the Whitsun bank holiday break, we are hosting some FREE framing seminars at our High Wycombe store & training room.  There will be 2 different, 2 hour sessions (1 per day - includes coffee break).

View PDF Flyer

The first seminar: May 31st   - 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm

Looking at how to plan multi aperture framing; how to create a uniform depth away from the glass; how to create variable depth when framing combinations of 2D and 3D items.

Multi Aperture Mounts

The second seminar: June 2nd - 10.30 am - 12.30 pm

Looking at how to bring colour into mounts (special reference to multi aperture pieces) without solely relying on coloured layers.  It includes: a different colour double for each aperture; colour diagonals in a single mount; changes of colour within the inner layer of a double mount.

And as we are approaching the Olympics, and celebrating the Jubilee, there will be a red white and blue theme.  By all means substitute any other national / team / club colours. Please contact us on info@diyframing to reserve a place as it is the way we gauge our preparations.
