Make sure you download a transfer form.  You will need to complete it, giving details of your requirements for each image.  This must be packed with the CD Rom containing your image files.  DOWNLOAD FORM

Keep detail away from the edge.  If you require a canvas wrap, where the image bleeds down the side of the panel, allow approx an extra 70 mm of image along each edge.

Finished SizeDecide on Finished Size

Our prints are made on standard, metric paper sizes (A4, A3 etc).  We do not crop the proportions of your image to fill the paper.  The longest dimension will be fitted in full unless the shorter edge becomes greatly oversized.

Image QualityImage Quality

Whether uploading a photo or scanned print, make sure you have the quality necessary to provide an excellent result . Colour problems, scratches, dust and blurred images will only deteriorate when enlarged.

File SizeFile Size

Large file sizes give better quality prints.  Save images at 300dpi using either TIFF, JPEG or PDF formats

File NameFile Name

Because we ask you to send images on CD ROM, it is really helpful to provide recognisable file names.  Cameras tend to give date based, or numeric "catalogue" style, file names.  It is easier to spot your file if you have chosen a title to suit the image content (eg Brighton Pier Dawn).  With multiple file transfers, use name and number (eg John Smith 1, John Smith 2 ...) and put them all into a suitable folder, named accordingly. We do have experts on hand who could give you advice by phone.
