Collecting Your Order From Store

At present our website doesn't allow you to choose collect from store online, so the system will charge carriage on any order placed online.  We have a solution below.

If you would like to collect your order, please purchase online & enter your billing address as normal but in the delivery address enter

then send an email to info@diyframing.com with your order ID & name and you can let us know you would like to collect your order, we can refund the carriage to you online and we will email and/or call you when the order is ready to collect.

Using Discount Codes

At present our website doesn't allow you to redeem discount codes or vouchers online.

To redeem a discount code or voucher, please purchase your order online & send an email to info@diyframing.com with your order ID, name, discount or voucher code, value & expiry date. We can then refund the discount online and confirm the redemption via email.
